Ladies Summer Fitness Programme
Please find below the fitness programme supplied by the Ladies Coach Mandy Wain for use at the current sessions on Tuesday evenings (8-9pm) at Short Lane on the hard play area and at other times. all welcome to join in.

| FartleckJog/3/4/sprint - walk back (3 x cones 20 paces distance between each one) Reps: Start at 5 build up on 2 weekly basis |
Side-Side between cones (3 x cones 20 paces - low/high/low) Jog back Reps: Start at 5 build up on 2 weekly basis |
3 cones in zig zag Jog right/sprint left/jog right. Jog back Reps: Start at 5 build up on 2 weekly basis |
Shuttles 3 cones (15 paces each) Reps: Start at 3 build up on 2 weekly basis |
