Yes, it's been a year since the last AGM, so I would like to invite you all to this year's meeting. It is an opportunity for you to hear the current developments within the Club, to elect and/or be elected as an officer of the Club or a team captain and to raise questions or comments to the current Committee.

Are you a budding Team Captain?, Social media superstar? or graphic designer? Would you like to help out with Website content? Photography? or communicating about the club to members and within our local community. Perhaps you would like to help arrange Social Events at the club? or you are a sales whizz kid and could help with recruiting new members to the club? WE NEED YOUR SKILLS!

If you would like to help with a specific project or task, drop me an email or speak to your captain/club captain for details.

As a reminder, nominations for Officers must be received by me, the Honorary Secretary, prior to the Annual General Meeting signed by the nominator, seconder and nominee. Nominations can also be accepted from the floor provided that the nominator, seconder and nominee are present.

We would like to encourage as many people as possible to attend, so we have booked the function room at the club.

We will also arrange for people to join the meeting online (if they are not able to attend in person) . Please contact me directly for the link.
