Ashford Hockey Club
A mixed club session for the ladies and men - largely aimed at those who are unable to attend the Tuesday sessions. The session will start with a long warm-up followed by fitness - to include sprints/agility/general aerobic work. We will then go into stick/ball related fitness and then break out to work on hockey specifics (finishing/defending/1v1s) - including set plays and PCs. Let Ian Parker and Ryan Croxon know what you want to specifically work on before the session and we can tailor it.
