Crisis on Infinite-Astros!!!

What else can it be?! I found myself in a parallel universe where the 2s started well, made chances AND scored them!!! Other people seem to think that the team played very well and that this is, in fact, Earth Prime still...but I know where my money is...
Boys started like a train and rampaged down the right wing and scored just past the minute mark. Oxford totally asleep and allowed the ball into their D where Merch was a veritable fox in the box slotting home from 6 metres out. Next 2 goals were very well worked, Posty got down the right, crossed, chaos ensued (awesome advantage by the ump) and Cocky Joe topped it home. 3rd one, lovely one touch one-two from Joe set Posty off and his resultant cross was deflected home by Caleb (great to see the boy back). 3-0 and inside 15 minutes!
Oxford finally woke up and they were in fact a pretty decent team. Standard and pace of game was good and a real pleasure to see the 2s hold the ball so well and deny Oxford the chance to pressurise us. Can't if you don't have the ball! They scored right on half time through a soft shortie and then had their best spell first 10 minutes of the 2nd half as we started slowly. Jack made an awesome stick save at close range and was busy but he and the defence came through and once Ryan flicked a high short corner in midway through the half, the result was not in doubt. Continued to be a very entertaining game as both sides played lively, quick hockey but just one more goal, good work from Croxon setting up a tap in for Joe's 2nd
Most pleasing aspect of a deserved win was the team performance. Everyone put a shift in while also playing intelligent, possession-based hockey
